Nestle has recalled all of its Toll House refrigerated cookie dough products after dozens of people who ate the dough raw have reported symptoms of E. coli. No one has died from the bacteria but 25 people have been hospitalized.

The Pentagon has ordered a new missile defense system in Hawaii in an effort to detain North Korea from launching a test missile toward the state. The Defense Department says the move is a precautionary measure, and the North Korean missile probably couldn’t reach the islands.
